Following Jesus?

John 3:3
Jesus replied, “Very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born again.

John 3: 16 – 18
For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. 17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. 18Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because they have not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son.

Romans 6:23
For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Romans 10:8-13
But what does it say? “The word is near you; it is in your mouth and in your heart,” that is, the message concerning faith that we proclaim: 9If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved. 11 As Scripture says, “Anyone who believes in him will never be put to shame.” 12 For there is no difference between Jew and Gentile—the same Lord is Lord of all and richly blesses all who call on him, 13 for, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”

Romans 8: 38-39
For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, 39 neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Hebrews 11: 1
Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.
11: 6 And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.

Colossians 3: 2
Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things. 3 For you died, and your life is now hidden with Christ in God.

Dear God,
Thank you for sending Jesus to save me from my sins. He is now my Lord because I believe You have raised Him from the dead and that there is nothing that can now separate me from Your love. Now that I am hidden in You; You will show Yourself to me as I seek You. Amen.

If you prayed this prayer please find a Bible teaching/believing church and tell someone about your decision to follow Jesus.
